Arrowhead Exchange Refresh
Arrowhead Exchange is the flagship platform for Brown & Brown’s Arrowhead Programs, supporting 10 lines of business, over 200,000 policies, and more than $300M in annual payments.
I served as Lead Product Designer and Analyst, owning the end-to-end redesign and launch of a new responsive portal over a 24-month period. The work included simplifying data models, redesigning core workflows, and migrating the application to an Angular-based frontend.
I designed 200+ screens and components, partnered closely with engineering and product teams, led UAT and QAT, and coordinated launch with marketing. The project shipped on time and on budget with high internal and external satisfaction.





User Credential Transition (MFA)
Led UX and flow design for a mandated MFA rollout to maintain compliance with New York financial regulations.
Designed a staged credential migration flow leveraging email-based state detection to transition users into an Entra ID–backed authentication system with minimal friction.
Redesigned all supporting authentication surfaces, transactional emails, and self-service flows to align legacy assets with new Azure branding.
Over 13,000 users converted in the first month (approximately one every eight seconds at peak) with no lapse in compliance and near-zero user confusion or support issues.




Customer Experience Committee
Led design and analytics for a cross-functional customer experience initiative spanning product, marketing, and data leadership.
Expanded data architecture and authored requirements to route Azure Application Insights into Power BI, producing dashboards used to drive prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Partnered with leadership to extract actionable metrics and design enhancements targeting payment workflows, policy retention, and missed-payment reduction.




Auto Service Loaner Portal
Led design and delivery of a replacement loaner vehicle management platform following the failure of a third-party vendor.
Owned requirements, UX, and delivery for a web-based system supporting vehicle management, claims processing, ID card generation, dealer onboarding, and internal tooling for reporting and billing.
Successfully rolled out to hundreds of dealerships across three major auto brands.



Squirgle
Squirgle is a word-based game concept developed as part of an intensive UX design program and is currently in development.
Conducted user research, participated in design critiques, and produced low- and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and desktop.
